Malta Citizenship By Investment

About Malta

Malta is a 3 island archipelago located in the center of the Mediterranean Sea. While deemed one of the top 10 smallest countries in the world, Malta offers a highly developed infrastructure with superior health, education and financial services. With pro-business policies, special tax incentives and the government’s regulatory framework for cryptocurrency and block chain technology, Malta has become a premier destination for investors.

Along with a stable political environment and growing economy, Malta boasts stunning landscapes with gorgeous beaches and historic sites. Although the Malta Citizenship by Investment Programme ended, a new program was recently introduced in November 2020 known as the Maltese Citizenship by Naturalization for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment (MEIN) aimed at attracting ultra—high net worth and affluent individuals. The program is limited to 400 successful applications per year and will be capped at 1500 applicants. Investors can obtain the coveted European Passport after 1 or 3 years depending on the investment route.
