Eligibility

Applicants proceeding with the citizenship by investment program must be at least 18 years of age and hold a clean criminal record. The Grenada Citizenship Unit conducts a thorough due diligence process to ensure only the highest moral standing applicants can proceed. Applicants are required to provide personal documentation such as passports, national IDs, birth and marriage certificates as well as proof of funds. Along with the required documentation, applicants have the choice of proceeding with 2 investment options.

Investment Options

A non-refundable donation to the NTF (National Transformation Fund). The amount will increase according to the number of dependents included within the same application. The NTF is a government fund focuses on the overall wellbeing of the economy and supports projects within the tourism, agriculture and alternative energy sectors.

Applicants can instead proceed with a real estate investment in a government approved real estate projects in the tourism sector. Investors can opt for an investment of USD 220,000 and maintain the investment for 5 years or invest USD 350,000 if the applicant prefers to have full ownership rights of a government-approved real estate unit.

Process

2. We will conduct our initial due diligence check to ensure that you do not currently hold any criminal charges and are eligible to proceed with the Grenada citizenship program. To process the initial due diligence check, a copy of passports for all applicants over 16 and a copy proof of address (such as a utility bill) is required.

3. Offshore Circle will provide a customized and itemized list of requirements to ensure you meet and comply with all requirements set by Citizenship by Investment Committee.

4. Offshore Circle requires a non-refundable retainer to supply application forms and work on your application file.

5. Once the application file is complete, you will be required to pay all government due diligence and processing fees to proceed. Offshore Circle will then submit the completed application through an authorized agent, as required by law.

6. The Citizenship Unit will review your application and conduct a thorough due diligence checks on each of the applicants included. The typical timeframe is 3 months.

7. Upon approval, Citizenship by Investment Committee will issue a letter of approval with instructions on how to proceed with the chosen investment option.

8. Upon clearance of the investment amount, applicants are required to sign the Oath of Allegiance form. The passports will then be issued within 4 weeks and couriered to your nearest Grenada Consulate or your preferred location. Passports are valid for 5 years and can be renewed at the nearest Grenada Consulate.
