2. We will conduct our initial due diligence check to ensure that you do not currently hold any criminal charges and are eligible to proceed with the Vanuatu citizenship program. To process the initial due diligence check, a copy of passports for all applicants over 16 and a copy of proof of address (such as a utility bill) is required.

3. Offshore Circle will provide a customized and itemized list of requirements to ensure you meet and comply with all requirements set by Vanuatu Citizenship Committee

4. Offshore Circle requires a non-refundable retainer to supply application forms and work on your application file.

5. Stage 1: due diligence process Applicants must provide stage 1 documentation along with the due diligence fee of USD 5000. Offshore Circle will then submit your initial application to the Vanuatu Financial Unit (FIU), through an authorized local agent, as required by law. This process takes 3-5 business days.

Stage 2: submit an application Once approval is received from the FIU, Offshore Circle will assist applicants to pay the required 25% of the donation amount (non-refundable) as well as submit stage 2 documentation (the final and completed application), through an authorized local agent, as required by law.

6. The Citizenship Committee will then review your application. The typical timeframe is less than 1 month, as the committee gathers twice a month to review applications.

7. Upon approval, the Citizenship Committee will issue a letter of approval and the remaining 75% of the donation must be paid within 5 days.

8. Upon clearance of the donation amount, Vanuatu will schedule the applicant´s oath swearing (main applicant and spouse, if applicable, must be present). Prior to Co-vid, the Oath of Allegiance was required to be done in person either in Vanuatu or the applicant´s preferred location- with expenses covered by the applicant. Due to co-vid.
